This near-passive and hence extremely thermally efficient dwelling
house was designed to suit the client's rural lifestyle yet incorporate the very
latest in building techniques and renewable technologies. Extensive 3D CAD
images were developed to assist the concept process and culminated in the design
of a prestigious yet practical dwelling, boasting unique features comprising;
basement, gun room, vaulted ceilings, library, over-shot eaves and extensive
glazing, finished externally with a blend of traditional Scottish and American

Bespoke Refurbishment & Extension, Sauchieburn, Stirlingshire. : circa £375,000

3D CAD model images prepared for this prestigious rural refurbishment and extension project outside Stirling. The model and imagery were requested by the client who wanted to ensure that the building aesthetic would deliver the desired end result - before incurring design fees. Works are due to conclude early 2011 and the property will hopefully feature in 'The Field' this spring. Further images are available on request. Site visits also by arrangement with clients.

Bespoke New Dwelling House, Braco, Perthshire. : circa £370,000

Construction of this bespoke farmhouse commenced early January 2011. The property replaces an existing dilapidated dwelling which sits on an elevated plot above Braco. The brief was developed to provide a unique yet practical solution which addressed the clients accommodation requirements, at the same time affording stunning views to the East and South from the elevated position. In addition to superb thermal efficiency, the property features a vaulted Oak ceiling above the reception hall and a wine cellar / basement.

Bespoke Two-Storey Extension, Greenloaning, Perthshire. : circa £90,000

Detailed design was concluded late in 2010 on this innovative and
contemporary bespoke extension. The initial brief was developed and expanded to
provide a unique solution to enhance the property by providing a multi-purpose
family area, comprising; mezzanine tv area, spiral stair, split level kitchen /
dining and feature Oak roof, all complimented by an extensively glazed feature
wall overlooking the mature gardens. Works are due to commence early in 2011.
