Luxury 4 Night Highland Break Competition!

Recognising the value of loyal or repeat business in these difficult times, Maple Leaf Architecture is pleased to announce that by way of a thank you to all our new or past clients, from 1st January 2011 to 30th June 2011 any; new client, returning client or referred client will be automatically entered in our competition to win a luxury 4 night Highland break* at the fabulous bespoke Inchdryne Lodge, Boat of Garten, located within The Cairngorm National Park. The draw will take place on 30th June 2011 and the winners will feature on this website. All referrals will also be automatically rewarded with a bottle of champagne. (*The break must be taken between the period 30th June - 31st December 2011 and cannot be surrendered for the equivalent cash value. Excludes Christmas and New Year weeks. Some periods will be subject to availability.)

Maple Leaf Architecture currently has several 'live' bespoke projects on site at various stages of completion throughout Scotland and site visits can be arranged to enable prospective clients to evaluate our standard of design / construction. Our extensive design portfolio is now also available in JPEG and PDF format and can be provided on request.

The practice continues to retain the services of an R.I.B.A.consultant, further strengthening the depth of experience and knowledge that our clients previously benefited from. Hence the full range of certification can be provided as required.

As we move into 2011 our forward thinking clients are continuing to ensure that they stay ahead of the economic slow-down by planning for the future and obtaining statutory consents for their projects now. With Building Warrant and Planning consents valid for 3 and 5 years respectively, we ensure that our clients will be able to respond to and take advantage of the anticipated trend towards more favourable construction costs as contracting firms jostle to retain a slice of the reduced market. This has been proven to be a shrewd decision for several who have already benefited from recent tender responses. With continually rising material and transportation costs prospective clients are also finding that committing to progression of projects promptly is paying dividends.

MLA Ltd has a well established network of clients and firms who seek semi-rural sites throughout Perthshire, Stirlingshire & Highland regions suitable for their development projects. Sites suited to Green / Sustainable Development projects are particularly desired. All enquiries will be treated in strict confidence.
